Why Create an eBay UK Fees Calculator
We know there are other great eBay Fee Calculators our there. But none of them did everything I need as a busy Private seller.
This year, eBay has undergone radical changes, free to list, buyers protection fee, simple delivery etc. It used to be very simple, you would decide your price, add or include shipping and deduct fees. However, it’s not like that today so I created an app for my own use.
Finding that it was doing exactly what I needed, we decided to share it with all of our members. Now, this is an ongoing project, therefore we can change the app, add new features etc. at any time..
How Did I Create it?
Our hosting company, Hostinger have an amazing brand new app development tool, Horizons. It’s a whole team of web / app designers all powered by AI. Simply plan what you want your app to do, input the instructions and it instantly, well a couple of minutes, creates a test version. So by giving it clear instructions and then tweaking it until it works the way you want it too. I would estimate, the total time I spent working on it was 2 hours, so amazing.
Who Are Hostinger
I’ve used many different hosting companies in my time, but Hostinger just knocks it our of the park. Seriously, if you’re looking for great hosting, have a look here . When you’ve created your app, you publish it to a temporary web address to test it. You can also set up your own address when you’re completely happy with it. We are still using the holding address at the moment, but we have embedded it here , or you can view the actual page here. It’s all responsive, so can be viewed from any device. I’ve simply copied the web page onto the home screen of my phone to calculate fees anywhere.
