The date for the new “Roadmap” online business training course launch has been announced. Yes, Zach and Hannah Pippins have announced that the new course will be launched on August 25 2024. This is great news for anyone in the online income community. Even better news for current owners of this course.
Why The Roadmap Had to Change
You see, when they launched the Roadmap to Riches course Zach and Hannah wanted to create their dream of giving people a hand up. Therefore, by including Master Resell Rights, they allowed anyone to resell the course and keep 100% of the profit.
Great yes? Well not really. If customers wanted to build a build a business, yes. As by giving MRR, it allowed people to start their business with a high ticket product. Of course, people are people. You can guarantee one thing. People will try to make a quick buck.
Online courses and the Roadmap in particular have created a very murky atmosphere in the world of internet marketing. It’s sad to say, wild income claims became the norm.
There are strict rules that govern income claims online, and the internet was awash with people claiming stupid things like “work 2 hours a day and make millions”. That is not the reality of any business. Good money can be made online, but people must be truthful.
Miss-Selling and Damaging Their Intellectual Rights.
This course comes with very a strict licence agreement. Including, it must not be sold for less than $497.00, and no false income claims. It became obvious that MRR and online courses were getting a bad name. Accusations about them being Pyramid schemes or Multi Level Marketing . And of course, neither of these were true. In fact, these claims went against the very principles the course was created on.
It was also miss-sold. Buy a course to sell a course was never the intention. They created it to teach beginners to build a business. But some sellers saw an opportunity to simply flip it. Quite often without even completing the course.
The other problem created were the running costs of the course. As it grew in popularity, keeping the back-end running became very expensive. Their only income is the courses they sell themselves through their Changing Courses 11 business. They don’t receive a single penny from anyone else who sells it. However, they fund all of the hosting, updating and general costs themselves. Change was vital.
They have admitted online that they considered pulling the plug on the Roadmap. But this would have gone against their whole business ethic. Too many people were now involved and killing it off, for them was not an option.
The Solution
So, what was the option? The answer to that is, change the way it’s sold. Roadmap Exclusive, which is the name of the new course will be for people who want to learn. The sort of people who want to build a business from foundation up. As it’s an upgraded version of the Roadmap 3.0, it will do that very well. Can people still sell it? Well yes and no.
There will be an affiliate program for the new course, however, Zach and Hannah have stated that you won’t become a automatic affiliate. They intend to keep strict control on who can sell it to protect the integrity of their intellectual property. I’m guessing it will be along the lines of proving you’ve completed the course and are implementing it in your business.
Also, they will retain a small percentage of every course sold. This make absolute sense as it will help with the running costs. They are moving away fro Kajabi and switching to Stan Store to host it. This is something of a revolution for them and Stan Store. You won’t need a Stan account to use the course, but if you’re running an online business, why wouldn’t you?
What About Existing Customers of The Roadmap.
Don’t worry, they’ve thought of that. Current customers or someone who buys the Roadmap before August 15 2024 will automatically get “Grandfathered” into the new course. This is what a they’ve have always promised, a free update. What about earnings? If you’re selling the course now, they should be similar to the current level, but that still hasn’t been confirmed.
What Are Our Thoughts on The Changes?
Do you need an online course to make money online, of course not. We have always said that the information is out there already, they haven’t invented anything new. The Roadmap takes you by the hand and guides you from start to finish on how to build a business.
